Jim has over 10 years of brand management and marketing research experience, focused particularly on pharmaceuticals and advanced technology products and services such as application server software, web services, application development and voice recognition technology. He is a RIVA trained moderator and has extensive moderating experience in the US, Japan and Europe.
Jim also has significant experience in online research, both domestically and internationally. Jim has an MBA from Vanderbilt and a BS in Electrical Engineering.
Prior to joining The Link Group, he worked for three years in Brand Management in Procter & Gamble's Laundry and Cleaning Products Division and served as a Captain in the US Army.
