Laura has been involved in The Link Group's "Onsite Insights" research department since its inception in 2001 and has substantial experience in the retail and consumer packaged goods industries.
Laura designs and executes both qualitative and quantitative research projects. Her areas of focus include product development and marketing, consumer purchase behavior and satisfaction, and retail space design.
Laura is a RIVA trained moderator and has extensive experience moderating focus groups and one-on-one interviews in the U.S. and internationally. In addition, she has managed numerous web-based quantitative studies, both in the U.S. and internationally, including a quarterly sales force satisfaction study for a global technology company.
Laura has a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Communication Studies and Business Administration.
